From I-29 North

Exit Freeway at exit # 147B
Turn Left onto Gordan Drive
Turn Right onto Nebraska Street
The Terra Centre building is on the corner of Nebraska and 4th Street.

From I-29 South

Exit Freeway at exit # 147B onto Nebraska Street
The Terra Centre building is on the corner of Nebraska and 4th Street.

From Highway 20 West/Gordon Drive

Travel West on Highway 20 into Sioux City.  Highway 20 turns into Gordon Drive.  Continue driving West on Gordon Drive.  You will drive over the industrial overpass (bridge).  Continuing driving West and turn right onto Nebraska Street and travel North 2 blocks.  The Terra Centre building is on the corner of Nebraska and 4th Street.

Note: There is 1 hour street parking along Nebraska Street and Jackson Street around our building.  There is also a parking ramp 1 block North on Nebraska Street (Martin Luther King Parking Ramp).
